Are you having trouble getting your insurance to pay for services that would child needs?

If your insurance is fully funded and governed by Indiana State Laws, there is a mandate (IC-27-8-14.2) you can use if your child has a diagnosis on the Autism Spectrum. Investigate this first by calling your insurance company and asking them.  If they are governed and funded by the Indiana State Laws they are required by law to cover services for any child with a diagnosis on the Spectrum.
